I've had my LuminiPro for two weeks. First: I have to admit I "read" and didn't "read" the instructions THAT carefully (I see someone else in the review did the same thing LOL!). I did do the test, and then went to town....but neglected to re-read: "do 2-3 pulses" and I was doing 1. So how did it go? Hair growth has SUBSTANTIALLY diminished. Two weeks in...I think I can skip shaving now for the most part. So I am hoping after the 8 weeks - that it will mostly cease to grow back. Product has exceeded my expectations. About customer service: after not quite two weeks I had issues with the on/off switch not working like it should. Customer service got back to me promptly; and after sending them a video of the issue, promptly send me a new machine! Can't say enough good things! Check back with me in 12 weeks to see the progress :). P.S: I am ONLY doing 2 pulses, except for areas where I see "obvious" growth - then I do 3!

Like you said, I've only been useing it for two weeks, and on the hardest hair to get rid of or reduce.... stubborn face/beard hair. Nothing noticeable yet. Not expecting a miracle but expect some damper effect at least... just way too soon-let ya know after another six weeks!

Have used it 8 times now, and have noticed a little difference. The hair has made little regrowth. And my hair type is usually thick and full around my body. I am concerned about the bright light emitting from the device, and its effect on my eyes in the long term.

I bought this hoping to get rid of my chin hair and my upper lip hair. I know the instructions say to shave before use but I normally pluck. Since using the product I have noticed a little difference in the thinner hairs. I guess it takes a little longer on the thicker black hairs. I do hope it works though. I’m so tired of these hairs.
